online therapy for ambitious women across california
Therapy for High-Achieving Women in California
Support for anxiety, relationship struggles, relational trauma, and the quarter/mid-life crisis.
Therapy for ambitious women in California who are trying to balance it all. Whether you’re building your career, navigating relationships, or moving through a life transition, therapy is your space to finally exhale and prioritize yourself.
In a culture that often emphasizes success and constant achievements, you may find yourself always striving for more while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected underneath it all.
I work with women throughout California who appear capable and put-together on the outside, but internally feel stretched thin, uncertain, or exhausted by the pressure to keep up.
Whether you’re in San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your patterns, and reconnect with yourself beyond the demands of achievement, so you can move through your life with more clarity, intention, and authenticity.
Support for women across California navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity, and the quarter/mid-life crisis.
Change is possible, and with the right support, you can begin to understand yourself more deeply, break old patterns, and move through your life with intention instead of constant anxiety.
The high-achieving women I work with are used to “white knuckling their way through life” and holding it all together, often abandoning themselves in the process. Therapy is a space where you can exhale and actually begin to prioritize yourself.
My approach blends relational therapy, existential exploration, and evidence-based tools. My style is collaborative, warm, and gently challenging.
Therapy with me isn’t just about coping—it’s about meaningful, lasting transformation. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what feels misaligned, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and redefine success in a way that actually feels aligned and true to who you are.

Specialized therapy across California for women who are ready to move through life with intention, clarity, and authenticity.
Together, we’ll slow things down and begin to understand what feels misaligned. We’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you and work toward living in alignment with your core values. Whether you’re in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or anywhere else in California, therapy offers a space to step out of the pressure and into a way of living that feels more steady, aligned, and your own.
What Our Work Together Might Look Like —
Whether we look at your relationships, emotional patterns, values, or sense of self, we’ll approach it from a holistic, thoughtful lens. Together, we may explore:
-
We’ll clarify what truly matters to you and use that as a compass for your decisions, relationships, and boundaries.
In a culture that often prioritizes ambition, image, and constant forward movement, many high-achieving women find themselves meeting expectations, staying productive, and holding everything together, while quietly losing touch with their own needs.
In therapy, we intentionally slow that pace down. We’ll identify the values that feel genuinely meaningful to you, not just the ones shaped by pressure, comparison, or the environments you’ve been navigating.
-
We’ll identify the patterns that fuel your anxiety and begin shifting how you respond to them in a more grounded, sustainable way. In fast-paced, high-pressure environments, anxiety often shows up in familiar loops—overthinking decisions, feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs, or holding yourself to an unrelenting standard.
In therapy, we slow those moments down and gently unpack what’s underneath them. From there, you’ll begin to respond with more intention rather than reflex. Over time, you’ll develop practical ways to regulate your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and move through situations with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
-
You’ll learn tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life to regulate stress and build resilience. In environments where things can feel constantly “on” or in motion, it’s not enough to just understand what’s hard—you need ways to steady yourself in real time.
Rather than staying only in reflection, we’ll focus on practical strategies that help you feel more anchored in the moment—whether that’s calming your nervous system, interrupting cycles of overthinking, or building small, supportive habits that make everyday stress feel more manageable.
Over time, these tools allow you to move through challenges with more flexibility and confidence, instead of feeling overwhelmed or caught in the same patterns.
-
We’ll explore how old dynamics show up in current relationships, and we’ll work on how to shift them. Many of the patterns that create tension or anxiety in relationships—like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or fearing conflict—often have roots in earlier experiences.
In therapy, we’ll gently unpack these patterns and notice how they continue to play out in your life today. From there, we’ll practice new ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and showing up in relationships so they feel healthier, more balanced, and more aligned with who you are now.

We’ll strengthen confidence and create goals that match who you are (not who you “should” be).
Many people have spent years following expectations from family, work, or culture, which can make it hard to know what they genuinely want.
In therapy, we’ll sort through those pressures and focus on what feels meaningful and authentic to you. From there, we’ll set goals that feel realistic and aligned with your values, helping you move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and direction.
-
Therapy is your space to talk about anything and everything. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for, but it’s often helpful for me to understand your past experiences so I can best support you in the present.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. As we continue, you’re welcome to bring in whatever is on your mind, whether that’s anxiety, relationship struggles, work stress, life transitions, body image, sexuality, or anything else that feels relevant. Nothing is off the table in therapy.
Therapy is a process that takes time, consistency, and patience. You can expect a collaborative experience with a balance of compassion, curiosity, and honest feedback designed to help you grow, heal, and create lasting change in your life.

Like most specialty providers, I am out of network. I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt) you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions.

I find that I work best with clients who are motivated for therapy and feel ready to create meaningful change in their lives. My approach tends to resonate most with people who are interested in exploring the root cause of patterns rather than seeking a quick fix or surface-level solutions.
You’ll likely get the most out of our work together if you’re open to exploration, feedback, and self-reflection, and if you’re committed to showing up consistently for yourself and the process.
My approach is also very relational, meaning I see our relationship as the foundation for healing and growth. This is why therapeutic fit is so important.
If you feel ready to invest in your personal growth and commit to the process, there’s a good chance we’ll be a great fit. I’ll bring my full presence and care to our sessions, and I ask that you come equally invested in your own growth journey.

I am licensed in both California and Texas, which means I’m able to work with clients throughout each state.
