Navigating a quarter-life crisis, reconnecting with yourself, and gaining clarity about what you want from life.
Managing anxiety, stress, or depression while trying to stay grounded in a fast-paced, modern world.
Creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships through better communication, boundary-setting, and healing from attachment wounds.

How I can help
I help women discover who they are at their core to create a life that resonates with them.
My approach in therapy is collaborative—I aim to strike a thoughtful balance of being empathetic and challenging. I love working with women in their 20s and 30s who are motivated to grow and ready to explore themselves on a deeper level. I also have a special place in my heart for women with unresolved attachment wounds or relationship trauma from the past.
In therapy, I’ll help you uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so we can move forward with clarity and intention. We’ll explore your values and what fulfillment truly means for you, creating space to live more authentically and aligned with who you are. Above all, my commitment is to provide a judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self.
We are a good fit if —
You’re ready to commit to your personal growth and emotional well-being.
You are looking for a down-to-earth, collaborative therapy experience—one rooted in real connection, not clinical jargon.
You want to explore how to live a life that feels more meaningful, aligned, and authentic to who you truly are.
We are not a good fit if —
You’re looking for a highly clinical, directive, or strictly structured approach to therapy.
You prefer a therapist who leads every session and gives step-by-step advice or solutions.
You’re not open to reflection, exploration, or receiving gentle, honest feedback.
my approach in therapy
Online therapy for women in Austin—modern, approachable, and real.
I work to create a safe, genuine space where you can show up fully as yourself—without fear of judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are. I balance warmth and empathy with honest, thoughtful challenges that support your growth.
As a humanistic therapist, I don’t view you as a problem to be fixed or rush to a diagnosis. I’m interested in the deeper “why” behind your struggles. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your pain and work toward meaningful, sustainable change—guided by your values and lived experiences.
Being human comes with inevitable challenges, but that doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. I believe you already carry the strengths and wisdom needed to heal and grow. Therapy is a space where those inner resources can be uncovered, strengthened, and supported.
Therapy with me is —
-
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real, lasting change. I show up authentically so we can build a genuine, trusting connection where you feel seen, supported, and never judged.
My priority is to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable enough to open up, explore what’s really going on, and get exactly what you need from the therapy process.
-
I don’t view you through the lens of pathology or labels. I’m not here to “fix” you or make assumptions about your experience. Instead, I want to understand you as a whole, complex, and unique individual.
I show up with curiosity, compassion, and deep attunement, creating space for your story to unfold with honesty and care.
-
I’m not here to dictate the conversation or steer the session—I trust that you know what feels most important to explore. We’ll work together to focus on the areas where you need support, at a pace that feels right for you.
You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, reflection, and support along the way.
-
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a highly individualized experience tailored to your unique needs. Sometimes it looks like having space to freely process your thoughts and emotions. Other times, it might mean receiving direct feedback, tools, or guidance.
Whatever you’re needing in the moment, we’ll work together to make sure therapy supports you in the most meaningful and helpful way.

Frequently asked questions —
-
Therapy is your space to talk about anything and everything. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—but it’s often helpful for me to understand your past experiences so I can better support you in the present.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll learn more about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. As we continue, you’re welcome to bring in whatever’s on your mind—whether it’s relationships, work stress, life transitions, family dynamics, body image, sexuality, or anything else that feels important. Nothing is off-limits!
I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. You can expect a collaborative experience with a healthy balance of compassion, curiosity, and honest feedback—designed to help you grow, heal, and create meaningful change in your life.

Online therapy sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a private link for our virtual appointment, and at your scheduled time, simply click the link to join. Just like an in-person session, it’s important to find a quiet, confidential space where you can speak freely and focus on yourself.
I recommend setting your device to “Do Not Disturb” during our session to minimize interruptions. You can join from a laptop or smartphone — whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you!
-
I typically recommend that we meet weekly or every other week in the beginning to help build a strong foundation and gain meaningful momentum toward your goals. As therapy progresses, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs—some clients choose to taper down over time or schedule sessions as needed.
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline for therapy. I’ll offer support for as long as it feels helpful to you. Many of my clients find value in a longer-term therapeutic relationship, while others take breaks and return when new challenges or transitions arise. Either way, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
