Quarter-Life Crisis Group For Young Women
Support for Women in Their 20s Navigating Their Quarter-Life Journey.
This is a group for young women experiencing self-doubt, anxiety, and the emotional overwhelm that comes with navigating quarter-life. You might find yourself struggling with issues around self-worth, making big life decisions and not knowing what the “right” path is for you, or feelings of isolation while navigating this chapter. This phase of life is so common and you are not alone.
This group is for you if you’re:
Feeling lost, stuck, or behind in life
Exploring who you are, your career path, and/or relationships
Craving meaningful, deep conversation about how to life a more intentional and fulfilling life
Wanting to understand what your core values are and how to take action that is actually aligned with those values
Needing support and guidance while you intentionally step into your next chapter
In this group, we explore each others internal worlds with compassion rather than judgment. We’ll uncover certain beliefs and patterns that shaped you, so that you can reconnect with your true self and feel more confident in how to move forward.
Together, we work towards deeper self-understanding and healing so you can create lasting change and a stronger sense of purpose. Through genuine connection with women who truly get it, you’ll realize this chapter doesn’t have to be navigated alone.
You’re ready to stop feeling…
Anxious, Uncertain, and Overwhelmed
Behind in life or lacking meaning and purpose
Isolated in this chapter of your life
Support for you to feel understood, seen, and connected.
Safe and supportive conversations that are led by a therapist. This group is a space where you’re given gentle and helpful feedback to create meaningful change. We meet twice a month virtually for ongoing support and community. No judgment, no pressure - just genuine connection and supportive guidance.
-
Our quarter-life crisis group helps women move from confusion to clarity by providing a supportive space to openly talk about the pressures, transitions, and uncertainties of this season of life. Through guided conversations, shared experiences, and practical tools, we help you understand your emotions, gain confidence in your choices, and create a clearer sense of direction. Most importantly, we connect you with other women who get it - so you can feel understood, encouraged, and empowered as you navigate your quarter-life journey.
-
You can expect honest and open conversations, supportive community, and a judgment-free space to simply be yourself. Each session (60 minutes) includes discussions around relatable topics, shared reflections, and prompts designed to help you explore your identity, goals, challenges, and growth.
You’ll meet other women navigating similar transitions, gain fresh perspectives, and walk away with clarity, direction, and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply craving connection, this is a space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported.
We meet twice a month, offering steady, ongoing support for as long as you need as you navigate this chapter of your life.

If you’re questioning your identity, direction, or what it means to live a meaningful and authentic life, you’re not alone. The confusion you’re feeling isn’t a sign that something is wrong. It’s a signal that something in you is ready to be understood, cared for, and more aligned with your true values.
In the Quarter-Life Crisis Group, we focus on understanding the underlying meaning behind your emotions and making choices that feel authentic, intentional, and grounded in who you are rather than what was inherited or expected.
Common themes we explore in group —
-
A frequent theme explored in group is exploration of identity and purpose - deep, often shifting questions like Who am I? and What do I want out of life?
Members often discover that their sense of self has been shaped by family expectations, cultural messages, or past experiences that no longer fit.
Through shared reflection and gentle challenges from peers, individuals begin to experiment with more authentic self-expression, reconnect with values they may have neglected, and gain clarity about the roles they want to embrace or release.
-
Group offers a space for noticing how we connect with others, seek approval, or avoid conflict. Members frequently recognize recurring patterns such as people-pleasing, overthinking in their relationships, or emotional withdrawal.
With guided support, the group becomes a corrective emotional space where individuals can safely practice new relational strategies, experience secure connection, and learn to communicate needs more effectively.
-
Many participants arrive with a sense of being “flooded” by worry, stress, or internal pressure. In group, they learn not only coping tools for regulating emotions but also the underlying beliefs and fears that amplify their anxiety.
Hearing others articulate similar struggles helps reduce shame and isolation, and members often discover that expressing emotions within a supportive group can significantly decrease the intensity of these emotions.
Over time, they build confidence in their ability to tolerate and navigate strong feelings rather than be controlled by them.

Frequently asked questions —
-
You do not need to actively be in therapy, but group can be a great supplement to individual therapy. Group is a great option for experiencing a sense of belonging and acceptance, receiving support from other women, and connecting with others who are navigating similar life circumstances in their early-mid 20s.
In a group setting, you'll have the opportunity to share your story with others who actually get it (and can relate to you in so many ways).
I am happy to discuss what type of service will best match your needs during our consultation call.
-
This group will remain open indefinitely, and will be available for however long you need.
Many participants find that they enjoy having this space longer term for ongoing support, connection, and guidance.
-
Life happens, so it's expected that you might miss a few groups here and there. However, if 3 groups or more are missed within a 3 month period, we’ll re-evaluate your ability to commit at this time.
Because this group has a limited number of spots, you will pay for your reserved spot in group whether or not you are able to attend.
